Pelatih Irak U-23 Dengar Ada Pengusaha yang Khusus ke Qatar Demi Dukung Timnas Indonesia U-23

TRIBUNNEWS.COM, JAKARTA – Irak dan Indonesia akan bersua dalam perebutan posisi ketiga di Piala Asia U-23 2024.
Kedua tim akan bentrok di Stadion Abdulla bin Khalifa, Doha, Qatar, Kamis (2/4/2024), pukul 22.30 WIB.
Pelatih Irak U-23, Radhi Shenaishil, mengatakan jika Indonesia akan tampil penuh motivasi di pertandingan tersebut.Selain dukungan penuh dari para suporter yang datang ke stadion, Radhi Shenaishil, bahkan telah mendengar kabar jika ada seorang pengusaha yang khusus datang ke Qatar untuk memberi dukungan finansial.
Meski tak spesifik siapakah pengusaha yang dimaksud, ucapan tersebut tampaknya tertuju ke Ketua Umum PSSI, Erick Thohir.
Timnas Indonesia U-23 melalui Erick Thohir sebelumnya memang sempat mendapat suntikan dana segar dari 23 pengusaha beberapa waktu lalu.
23 Pengusaha itu masing-masing memberikan Rp1 Miliar untuk Skuad Garuda Muda.
\”Tim Indonesia mempunyai motivasi yang besar dengan dukungan suporter yang besar,\” kata Radhi Shenaishil, dalam konferensi pers usai pertandingan, Rabu (1/5/2024).
\”Kami bahkan mendengar ada pengusaha yang datang berkunjung ke Qatar untuk mendukung tim Indonesia secara finansial dan lainnya,\” imbuhnya.
Kendati demikian, pelatih berusia 57 tahun itu mengatakan bahwa semua hal tersebut seharusnya tak menjadi hambatan untuk timnya.

Radhi Shenaishil pun mengatakan staf kepelatihan Irak U-23 telah berupaya untuk membawa suasana tim move on dari kekalahan kontra Jepang di semifinal.
Para pemain Irak U-23 pun dipastikan Radhi Shenaishil akan tampil maksimal demi meraih tiket Olimpiade Paris 2024.
