Pemain naturalisasi Indonesia merasa tak gampang mengarungi jadwal libur Liga 1 yang datang secara bertubi-tubi.
Perlu diketahui, Liga 1 baru saja melangsungkan libur panjang dari 19 Desember 2023 hingga dimulai kembali pada 4 Februari 2024 lalu.
Salah-satunya fungsi Jeda tersebut diperuntukkan mendukung kegiatan Timnas Indonesia di Piala Asia 2023.
Lantas, setelah hanya menggulirkan satu pekan pertandingan, kini Liga 1 harus melakukan jeda kembali imbas Pemilu 2024.
Jadwal Liga 1 akan off kurang lebih dua minggu hingga dimulai kembali pada Kamis, 22 Februari 2024 mendatang.
Walhasil kondisi tersebut memaksa Victor Igbonefo turut angkat bicara.
Pemain naturalisasi Indonesia Victor Igbonefo sedang melakukan latihan gym bersama tim Persib Bandung jelang mengarungi pertandingan Liga 1 2023/2024.
Victor Igbonefo merasa tidak mudah mengarungi jadwal libur yang bertubi-tubi.
\”Jujur, memang tidak mudah bagi pemain karena baru bertanding terus libur lagi,\” ujar Victor Igbonefo dikutip dari laman Persib.
Hal tersebut patut disadari, karena akan berpengaruh kepada kondisi fisik dari sang pemain.
Namun pemain berusia 38 tahun ini tetap bersemangat menjalani kenyataan jadwal ini.
Yang terpenting bagi Victor Igbonefo ialah kebersamaan dari skuad Maung Bandung.
