Vietnam U23 memang sedang mengejar tenggat waktu cukup mepet untuk ikut serta dalam turnamen tersebut.
Persiapan singkat tak menjadi alasan bagi Vietnam untuk tak mempersiapkan yang terbaik.

Ia tak segan-segan akan mencoret pemain yang tak masuk kriterianya.

Pelatih Hoang sudah punya beberapa gambaran soal taktik yang akan digunakan di Piala Asia U23 2024.
Ia ingin menggunakan formasi yang bergonta-ganti menyesuaikan lawan yang akan dihadapi.
Untuk itu ia membutuhkan pemain yang bisa bermain di beberapa posisi.
