Keputusan Timnas Indonesia menjalani tiga agenda uji coba menjelang Piala Asia 2024 sekiranya menimbulkan perasaan campur aduk.
Di satu sisi, agenda uji coba memang diperlukan untuk mengetahui kekuatan Timnas Indonesia yang akan tampil di Piala Asia 2024.
Timnas Indonesia sendiri melakoni tiga agenda uji coba untuk menyambut Piala Asia 2024 nanti.
Dua di antaranya melawan tim nasional Libya yang dilaksanakan pada 2 dan 5 Januari 2024 lalu.
Sedangkan satu laga lainnya adalah melawan Iran yang dilakukan pada 9 Januari.
Di sisi lain, laga-laga uji coba tersebut menyisakan pekerjaan rumah besar bagi pelatih Shin Tae-yong.
Pasalnya Timnas Indonesia memiliki catatan kebobolan yang cukup memprihatinkan.
Selama tiga uji coba tersebut, timnas kebobolan sebanyak 11 kali.
Rinciannya, laga pertama melawan Libya berkesudahan dengan skor 0-4.
Performa timnas sedikit membaik pada laga uji coba kedua.
Di mana Asnawi Mangkualam dan kolega cuma kalah tipis 1-2 dari Libya.
Sayangnya pada laga terakhir melawan Iran, Timnas Indonesia kembali kalah telak.
Indonesia dibabat 5-0 oleh Iran yang notabene salah satu tim kuat Piala Asia 2024 mendatang.
