Berlangsung di Stadion Parken, Copenhagen harus bertekuk lutut di depan pendukungnya sendiri dengan skor 3-1 dari Man City.
Ketiga gol Man City itu dicetak oleh Kevin De Bruyne (10\’) Bernardo Silva (45+1\’) dan Phil Foden (90+2\’).
Sedangkan gol Copenhagen diukir oleh Magnus Mattsson (34\’).
Dengan hasil ini, satu kaki Man City sudah berada di babak perempatfinal Liga Champions 2023-2024.
