TRIBUNNEWS.COM, JAKARTA – Justin Hubner dipastikan untuk pertama kalinya masuk ke pemusatan latihan (TC) Timnas Indonesia.
Setelah resmi menyandang status kewarganegaraan Indonesia, Bek Wolverhampton itu diproyeksikan tampil di Piala Asia 2023.
Kehadiran Justin Hubner di posisi pemain bertahan jelas mengokohkan lini pertahanan Skuad Garuda.
Kiper Timnas Indonesia, Ernando Ari Sutaryadi, mengatakan bahwa Justin Hubner merupakan pemain muda yang bertalenta.

Ernando Ari dan para pemain Timnas Indonesia lainnya kini tengah bertolak ke Turki untuk melakoni pemusatan latihan.
Rencananya, tim asuhan Shin Tae-yong itu akan melakukan dua laga uji coba di Turki, dengan menghadapi Libya.
Skuad Garuda akan menghadapi Libya di Antalaya, Turki, pada 2 dan 5 Januari 2024. Setelahnya, Timnas Indonesia akan bergeser ke Doha, Qatar dan akan menghadapi Iran pada 9 Januari 2024.
Pada Piala Asia 2023 yang akan berlangsung 12 Januari – 10 Februari, Indonesia tergabung dalam grup D bersama Jepang, Irak dan Vietnam.
Indonesia akan menghadapi Irak di partai perdana di Stadion Ahmed bin Ali, Ar-rayyan, Qatar, 15 Januari 2024.
