Timnas U23 Indonesia dipaksa menyerah dari Arab Saudi pada laga uji coba persiapan Piala Asia U23 2024, Sabtu (6/4/2024) dini hari WIB.
Adapun hasil akhir pertandingan antara Timnas U23 Indonesia vs Arab Saudi yang digelar di Seven Stadium, Dubai, berakhir dengan skor 1-3.
Pada pertandingan ini, Arab Saudi unggul lebih dulu pada menit ke-18.
Beruntung Timnas U23 Indonesia behasil menyamakan kedudukan melalui aksi Komang Teguh pada menit ke-32.
Skor imbang 1-1 pun bertahan hingga jeda babak pertama.

Selepas turun minum, Arab Saudi pun seakan menunjukkan kelasnya.
Arab Saudi berhasil kembali unggul pada menit ke-58.
Gol Arab Saudi tersebut membuat Timnas Indonesia tertinggal 1-2.
Hingga lima menit menjelang waktu normal berkahir, skor pun masih berubah.
Alih-alih mampu menyamakan kedudukan di injury time, Timnas Indonesia justru kebobolan di akhir laga.
Arab Saudi kembali menjebol gawang Garuda pada menit ke-89.
Gol tersebut sekaligus mengakhir pertandingan dengan hasil Timnas U23 Indonesia 1-3 Arab Saudi.
Kekalahan ini menuntut Timnas Indonesia untuk berbenah sebelum berlaga di Piala Asia U23 2024.
Adapun laga uji coba ini merupakan yang pertama bagi Garuda Muda kelar Kualifikasi Piala Asia U23 2024 pada September 2023 silam.
