Jonathan Lerma menjadi pencetak gol ke gawang tim tamu Chelsea.
Namun keunggulan ini gagal dipertahankan Crystal Palace pada babak kedua.

Conor Gallagher datang mencetak gol pertama untuk Chelsea setelah menerima umpan Malo Gusto.
Alih-alih laga berakhir imbang, Crystal Palace justru kembali kebobolan dua pada injury time.
Menit 90+1, Chelsea berhasil membalikkan keadaan melalui lesakan gol Conor Gallagher.
Kali ini Gallagher harus bertimakasih kepada Cole Palmer setelah memberinya umpan matang.
Tiga menit berselang, Chelsea mencetak gol terakhirnya lewat Enzo Fernandez.
Lagi-lagi Cole Palmer menjadi pahlawan bagi Chelsea karena sukses mengirimkan umpan yang akurat.
Dengan dua gol Gallagher dan dua assist Palmer, maka Chelsea berhak pesta kemenangan di kandang Crystal Palace dengan skor 1-3.
Atas hasil ini, Chelsea masih belum beranjak dari posisi 10 klasemen Liga Inggris.
Pasukan Mauricio Pochettino saat ini masih mengumpulkan 34 poin.
Sementara Crystal Palace tercecer posisi 15 dengan terpaut 10 poin dari Chelsea.
