Meski sudah menyegel gelar juara, Inter Milan seakan tidak ingin terlena lagi dengan momen tersebut.
Seperti pada pekan sebelumnya saat Inter Milan terlalu terlena sehingga kalah melawan Sassuolo.
Seakan tidak ingin kalah beruntun, Inter Milan akhirnya mengamuk menang lima gol tanpa balas.
Bertindak sebagai tim tamu, gol kemenangan Inter Milan atas Frosinone dicetak lima pemain berbeda.
Mulai Davide Frattesi (19\’), Marko Arnautovic (60\’), Tajon Buchanan (77\’), Lautaro Martinez (80\’) dan Marcus Thuram (84\’).Kemenangan lima gol tanpa balas pun akhirnya berhasil diamankan Inter Milan melawan Frosinone.
Tambahan tiga poin membuat Inter Milan kian kokoh berada di puncak klasemen dengan 92 poin.
Jika mampu memenangkan laga sisa, koleksi poin maksimal yang diraih Inter Milan mencapai 98 poin.
Catatan bersejarah pun turut diukir Inter Milan setelah kemenangan besar atas Frosinone.
Salah satunya catatan bersejarah berupa jumlah poin yang berhasil dikumpulkan Inter Milan di panggung Liga Italia.
Dilansir Opta, Inter Milan kini berhasil mengumpulkan total 4.600 poin sejak tampil perdana di Liga Italia pada musim 1929/1930.
