Bayer Leverkusen resmi menjadi juara Bundesliga musim 2023/2024 di pekan ke-29 Liga Jerman setelah menang 5-0 atas Werder Bremen pada Minggu (14/4/2024).

Kesuksesan Leverkusen ini telah memutus dominasi Bayern Munchen yang selama 11 musim lamanya meraih juara Bundesliga secara beruntun.
Gelar Bundesliga ini merupakan yang pertama didapatkan oleh Bayer Leverkusen di sepanjang sejarah klub setelahnaik tahta dari 2.Bundesliga pada musim 1978/1979.
