Pemain Kalteng Putra di kompetisi Liga 2 Indonesia menelan pil pahit.
Memasuki babak penentuan play-off degradasi Liga 2, Kalteng Putra justru tak memenuhi kewajiban mereka untuk membayar gaji pemain.
Masalah penunggakan gaji tersebut sebenarnya sudah disuarakan para pemain Kalteng Putra sejak 18 Januari lalu.
Sebanyak 28 pemain telah menandatangani surat pernyataan yang berisikan tiga poin penting.
Satu poin yang perlu digarisbawahi adalah soal ancaman mogok main pada matchday keempat melawan Persipura jika gaji dan bonus pemain tak dilunasi.
Pertandingan Kalteng Putra vs Persipura nyatanya telah digelar.
Pada 22 Januari 2024, duel Kalteng Putra vs Persipura digelar di Stadion Tuah Pahoe dengan skor akhir 1-2 untuk kemenangan Mutiara Hitam.
Namun demikian, pasca-laga nyatanya kewajiban klub belumlah usai.
Kiper Kalteng Putra, Shahar Ginanjar mengaku masalah gaji belumlah selesai.
Hal tersebut diungkap Shahar Ginanjar melalui media sosial Instagram.

Artinya, Kalteng Putra terancam WO saat kontra PSCS Cilacap (27/1) dan saat menjamu Persekat (3/2).
