Kekalahan telak tersebut menjadi satu-satunya laga yang bisa memutus rekor 19 laga unbeaten Borneo FC.
Meski demikian, Pelatih Borneo FC, Pieter Huistra mengaku masih percaya diri dengan anak asuhnya.
Mereka membidik gelar juara, artinya tidak akan membiarkan kekalahan yang sama terulang.
Pieter Huistra juga sudah bisa menurunkan pemain inti, bahkan pemain yang baru kembali setelah membela Timnas Indonesia.
Hanya Leo Lelis, Komang Teguh, dan Ikhsan Nul Zikrak yang masih cedera harus menepi.
Namun sosok Wiljan Pluim, Fajar Faturrahman, hingga Stefano Lilipaly dipastikan memperkuat Pesut Etam malam ini.
