Diketahui, Marcus Rashford sempat absen dari latihan Manchester United jelang laga melawan Newport County di Piala FA.
Pelatih Manchester United, Erik ten Hag sebelumnya juga telah mengkonfirmasi bahwa Rashford Izin latihan karena sedang sakit.

Hal itu diungkapkan oleh Ten Hag saat jumpa pers sebelum laga melawan Newport, Sabtu (27/1/2024) kemarin.
\”Pagi ini, Rashford sakit dan (Jonny) Evans sakit, jadi kita harus melihat bagaimana mereka pulih,\” ucap Erik ten Hag yang dikutip dari lama resmi klub.
Namun sakitnya Rashford tersebut pun kini menjadi sebuah tanda tanya.
Sebab, berdasarkan laporan dari Metro, Marcus Rashford disebut sakit setelah berpesta di klub malam alias dugem sebelum sesi latihan Setan Merah.
Laporan tersebut mengabarkan bahwa Rashford menang sedang mengambil jatah libur.
Dalam liburannya ia pergi ke Irlandia Utara untuk mengunjungi mantan pemain akademi Manchester United sekaligus sahabatnya, Ro Shaun Williams.Diketahui, Ro Shaun Williams saat ini membela klub lokal setempat, Larne FC.
Rashford dikabarkan sempat mengunjungi markas latihan Larne FC dan bercengkrama dengan sahabatnya tersebut.
Namun dalam laporan tersebut mengklaim bahwa Marcus Rashford melakukan tindakan yang tak terpuji.
