Persiapan jelang EURO 2024 timnas Jerman menjadi berantakan.
Pasalnya sang kapten Der Panzer, Manuel Neuer kembali mengalami cedera pada bagian paha.
Sebelumnya, kiper utama Timnas Jerman tersebut dijadwalkan akan kembali ke tim nasional setelah penyembuhan patah kaki akibat kecelakaan ski.
Neuer telah menghabiskan lebih dari 10 bulan menepi sebelum kembali merumput sebagai kiper Bayern Munchen,
Namun sialnya, dirinya mengalami robekan serat otot di adduktor kirinya saat menjalani latihan pada Rabu (20/3) pagi.
Dikonfirmasi melalui pernyataan resmi klub Bayern Munchen bahwa kiper berusia 37 tahun itu akan absen pada laga persahabatan melawan Prancis dan Belanda.

Namun menurut laporan, Nagelsmann tak akan mengganti Neuer untuk tampil di EURO 2024 yang diselenggarakan di Jerman pada bulan Juni 2024 mendatang.
Selain membuat Timnas Jerman pincang, cedera kiper berpostur 1,93 meter ini menjadi kabar buruk bagi Bayern Munchen.
Pasalnya pada akhir Maret 2024 mendatang, anak asuhan Thomas Tuchel akan menjamu Borrusia Dortmund dalam lanjutan Liga Jerman.
Dan masih diragukan apakah Manuel Neuer dapat membela Die Roten pada laga 8 besar Liga Champions melawan Arsenal (10/04/2024) di Emirates Stadium.
