Timnas Vietnam mengaku tak bisa berlatih di venue utama Stadion Utama Gelora Bung Karno, jelang melawan Timnas Indonesia pada Kamis (21/3/2024).
Diketahui skuad Golden Star Warriors telah mendarat di Indonesia pada 19 Maret sore.
Setelah memiliki waktu cukup beristirahat, anak asuh Philippe Troussier segera melakukan latihan perdana di kompleks olahraga GBK.
Pada sesi latihan, Troussier menerapkan pembelajaran adaptasi.
Ia memilih beberapa pemain yang paling siap alias tak memiliki riwayat cedera atau masalah kesehatan untuk diprediksi menjadi starter besok.
Rencananya, H-1 pertandingan Vietnam berkeinginan untuk menjajal venue utama, SUGBK.
Sayangnya, ada pengumuman menyatakan venue utama pertandingan Timnas Indonesia vs Vietnam tak bisa digunakan.
Berdasarkan pengumuman, AFC menjaga kualitas rumput untuk pertandingan 21 Maret mendatang.
Artinya, baik tim tuan rumah Indonesia maupun Vietnam juga tak diperbolehkan berlatih di lapangan tersebut.
Federasi sepak bola Vietnam, VFF menerangkan jika rumput SUGBK nampak belum pulih sepenuhnya.
Meski tak bisa berlatih di venue utama, pelatih Vietnam Philippe Troussier memiliki cara lain untuk membuat anak asuhnya beradaptasi dengan tempat perang.
Philippe Troussier dijadwalkan mengajak anak asuhnya untuk berkeliling di Stadion Utama Gelora Bung Karno.
